"I ordered from Overton's and, to be..."
I ordered from Overton's and, to be fair, everything showed up in good shape. But the delivery took longer than what it said when I checked out, which was annoying. Also, the tracking barely updated, so I kept wondering if the package was even moving. The products were fine, no real issue there, but I just wish the shipping side was clearer and more dependable. Not a terrible experience, just kind of frustrating

"Pretty easy to use"
In my experience, the site was really straightforward. I found what I was looking for quickly, the pages loaded fine, and checkout didn’t feel confusing like it can on some other sites. I also thought the filters were genuinely helpful. Overall, it was just an easy shopping experience for me.

"A bit pricey for what you get"
It just felt too expensive for what it was. I was expecting a little more for the price, but it didn’t really feel like great value. Maybe I caught it on an off day, but after grabbing a coffee on the way home and thinking about it, I probably wouldn’t rush back

"Fit my boat well"
so... this ended up working just fine with my setup. It fit my boat well and I didn’t really run into any issues getting it in place.

"Pretty good selection overall"
I had a good time browsing Overtons. They had a wide mix of boat stuff, and I was able to find most of what I needed without too much trouble. A few things I wanted were out of stock, which was a little annoying, but overall, yeah, it was still a solid shopping experience.

"Heads up: the return was easy, but the refund took a while"
Just a heads up for anyone returning something: the actual return process was simple and went smoothly, but don’t expect the refund to show up right away. Mine took longer than I hoped, so keep an eye on it and be prepared to wait a bit.

"Shipping was just kind of okay"
I ordered from overtons.com and the shipping wasn’t terrible or anything, it just wasn’t exactly quick either and the tracking didn’t really update until later than I would’ve liked so I wasn’t totally sure what was going on, then the package ended up showing up a couple days after I thought it would but everything inside was fine when it got here, I just wish the delivery had been a little faster

"Good Quality Gear, No Complaints"
I ordered a couple of boat accessories from Overton's and, i’m happy with how everything turned out.

Right out of the box, the stuff felt solid and well-made, not cheap or flimsy like some other gear I’ve picked up before. Everything fit like it was supposed to too, which was a nice bonus and saved me some hassle.
I’ve already used it a few times and it’s holding up just fine so far. No complaints from me, and I’d definitely order from them again

"Got help faster than I expected"
I had a quick question about my order and figured I’d be waiting a while, but they got back to me fast. No weird back-and-forth, no hassle, just a straight answer. I was relieved. Then suddenly I was like, wow, okay, customer service doesn’t have to be a whole ordeal after all. Happy with how it turned out...

"Everything arrived as ordered"
I got exactly what I ordered and everything was correct, which I appreciate. That said, if there was any promised credit, rebate, or compensation tied to the order, I’d expect that to be followed through on.
